Our rent to own program is available on all portable structures with no credit check. We offer 36 Month rental programs. After all payments are satisfied as agreed the building becomes yours. Under the rental program you can choose to pay it off early with no penalties and save money too. Also you can choose to stop renting at anytime with no affect on your credit rating.

All that is required to rent a portable structure is your drivers license, and that you own the property the building will be sitting own. If you are a renter or the property is in another family members name. No problem either. We have a short form that the property owner has to sign before we deliver the building. We have a simple contract available for our 36 month program. All you need down is your first month and last month payment (some of the larger buildings will require a little more down payment). Payments are determined on the size and type of structure needed. That will get the structure delivered to you within a few days. We will block and level the structure for you. We can also anchor your structure for an additional fee. After the contract has been satisfied. The structure becomes yours.
